Live Virtual Forums
To participate in the Live Virtual
Forums, you must be Registered in advance. The Summits Of Canada
'Live Virtual Forums' enable individuals to communicate, share
and collaborate online in real time.
Our customized platform and tools provide
live interactive, accessible communications. This multi-media
environment is perfect for educational purposes and is intended
to be easy to use for everyone - regardless of age or physical,
intellectual or other abilities. Our 'Live Virtual Forums' empower
participants with the opportunity to interact with each other,
to engage in interesting dialogues, and to share and exchange
ideas and knowledge. This in turn, inspires the creation of new
ways of delivering education to students.
This new generation of information technologies is playing an
important role in bridging the 'Digital Divide'. Summits Of Canada
is proud to be able to offer this unique platform to the schools
in particular, and to people in general, who are following our
Expedition from around the world.
Please refer to our Schedule on the
left for dates and times of upcoming events. Information on how
to access the Live Forum and use the features is also provided
for those wishing to tune in to each online event.
Note:
to access the Live Virtual Forum, you will need to Register
with Summits Of Canada. Once registered, you will receive
an email notification & invitation from CanaTREK for
each conference/forum along with the required access codes. |
During the Climb, we will be
posting Lesson Plans, Photos, Video/Audio clips, and
Journal reports. There will also be Maps & GIS information
relating to the area and the climb. You can find all
of this material on the Follow The Climbs
page in our:
